Based on many years of experience in developing and implementing our own (in-house) solutions, professional project management and carefully developed internal documentation for project support, we have reached a brand new quality level of implementation of our software systems and solutions for the financial sector.

Under an implementation project our experts analyze the client's business needs and requirements, make and agree on a detailed implementation plan assigning responsibilities and deadlines for every tasks.
To organize work more efficiently and minimize project risks, an entire project can be divided into the following launch stages:
Pre-alpha testing
a basic version of the required software is installed. The client's project team, together with our analysts and experts (hereinafter referred to as GNI), analyzes the compliance of the basic functionality with the requirements of the organization. Based on the analysis results, the GNI prepares and signes the agreed Terms of Reference and makes additions/changes to the basic version of the software under the ToR.
Alpha
The software is finalized in full compliance with the signed ToR, GNI team performed QA of the software for errors and functionality in accordance with the previously agreed ToR.
Beta 1
The software is stable and released for a limited number of users. Objective: to receive user feedback on the product and make appropriate changes to the software.
Beta 2
Based on feedback from the Beta 1 stage, changes are made to the software and bugs are fixed. At this stage, the functionality does not change radically. During the Beta-2 phase, the software is released to all employees/users for their regular operations.
Beta 3
All data within the project (clients, accounts, agreements, other assets and liabilities) are imported in accordance with the ToR. The functionality does not change at this stage either. Objective: to receive user feedback on the results of data import/migration.
Beta 4
Based on feedback from Beta 3, changes are made to the data import/migration procedures. At this stage, all employees/users are simulating parallel work in the new and old systems with analysis of the simulation results. Appropriate debugging of workflows is done if necessary after the analysis.
Release
All modules and subsystems work coherently and the software is fully deployed to be used by all employees of the client.
Based on the results of implementation, a support agreement is usually concluded to ensure continuous operation of all software solutions and systems.
